Using the store
These terms apply to the Kalpona House website at kalponahouse.com. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use an account.
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Purchases must be made by someone able to enter into a purchase agreement, or under appropriate adult supervision.
Accounts and customer information
Keep your login details private and your email, phone number and delivery address current. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone is using it without permission.
Products and availability
Review the description, size, colour and available options before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Product availability and listings may change. If you need clarification about a garment, contact us before purchasing.
Orders and confirmation
An order is a request to purchase the selected items. We review stock, order details and applicable payment or delivery requirements before fulfilment. An automatic order-received email acknowledges the request; it does not guarantee that every item can be supplied.
If an item is unavailable or an order requires correction, we will contact you using the details provided. Any payment for an item we cannot supply will be addressed with you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Review the checkout total, including delivery and any applicable charges, before submitting an order. Payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is currently enabled.
We may correct a genuine pricing or listing error. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a changed amount.
Changes and cancellations
Call or email us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Shipping preparation may begin within 24 hours of confirmation, so a change may not be possible once processing or dispatch has started. Our team will confirm what can be arranged.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery charges and estimated timings are explained in the Shipping Policy. Provide an address where the courier can reach you. Delivery estimates can be affected by courier operations or events outside our control.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return Policy. Contact us first if an item is damaged, incorrect or unsuitable for return.
Website content and acceptable use
Website branding, text and images are subject to the rights of their respective owners. Do not reuse protected material without permission. Do not place fraudulent orders, impersonate others, send abusive messages, introduce malicious code or interfere with the store's security or normal operation.
Reviews and other content you submit should be truthful and should not infringe another person's rights. We may remove inappropriate content or restrict access used for fraud or abuse.
