Return eligibility
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with their tags and original packaging. Keep your receipt or another proof of purchase.
Start a return
Email kalponahousebd@gmail.com with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it. If there is damage or an incorrect item, include clear photos. Wait for approval, the confirmed return address and shipping instructions before sending anything back.
We will explain the return shipping arrangements, including any label and applicable cost, when approving your request. Unapproved returns are not accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your parcel when it arrives. Report a defect, delivery damage or incorrect item immediately so our team can review it and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Items excluded from routine returns
Custom or personalised items, gift cards and sale items are excluded from routine returns. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery do not meet the return conditions. This does not remove any remedy required by applicable law for a faulty or incorrectly supplied item.
Exchanges
For a different item or size, contact us first. The usual process is to obtain approval for the original return and then place a separate order for the replacement, subject to availability.
Refunds
We inspect the returned item and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds use the original payment method where available; for cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree a suitable refund method with you.
Your payment provider may take additional time. If an approved refund has not reached you after 15 business days, contact kalponahousebd@gmail.com.
