Order processing
After your order is confirmed, we aim to start shipping preparation within 24 hours. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided with your order. Contact us promptly if you need to correct your address, modify the order or request cancellation.

Courier and tracking
Orders are delivered through our courier partner, Pathao. Keep your phone reachable for courier communication. Contact our team with your order number if you need help with a delivery update.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders where offered at checkout. The order total and selected delivery charge are shown before you submit the order. Contact us if you need clarification about a payment or delivery arrangement.
Delivery address and parcel issues
Provide your complete address and a working phone number. Inform us of corrections before dispatch. If delivery is delayed, the parcel is missing or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact kalponahousebd@gmail.com with your order number. For item issues, see the Return Policy.
